Eligibility:

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Booking Process:

Users can book services through our website, phone, or email.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
User Responsibilities:

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
Users must ensure that they and their belongings are ready at the agreed pickup time and location.

3. Payment and Pricing
Rates:

Our rates are based on the type of service, distance, and any additional requirements specified during the booking process.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).
Payment:

Payment can be made online through our secure payment gateway or in cash to the driver.
For corporate accounts, invoicing and payment terms will be agreed upon separately.
Cancellation and Refunds:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations at the time of pickup will be charged the full booking amount.

4. Conduct and Safety
Driver Conduct:

Our drivers are trained to provide a professional and courteous service. If you experience any issues, please report them to us immediately.
User Conduct:

Users must behave in a respectful and non-disruptive manner during the ride.
Users are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle due to their actions.
Safety Measures:

Seat belts must be worn at all times.
Users must follow the driver’s instructions and adhere to all local traffic laws and regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability
Service Interruptions:

While we strive to provide reliable services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, weather, or mechanical issues.
Liability:

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount paid by the User for the booking.
